DATASYM INC. AND UNIWELL ENTER OEM DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT

Brantford, Ontario, Canada, March 18, 2004 - Datasym Inc. and Uniwell are pleased to announce that the two companies have entered into an exciting OEM Distribution agreement. Under the agreement Datasym Inc., a leading vendor in Retail Point of Sale systems will brand and sell the Uniwell state of the art DX890, SX800 and SX700 Hospitality Quick/Serve Terminals under the Datasym name.

The Hospitality POS Terminals that Datasym will distribute under this agreement have a proven track record in the Hospitality Marketplace. The terminals include an extensive feature set for the quick/table service industry. The DX890 Touchscreen terminal comes with a 10.4” 256 color TFT dual backlit display, while the SX700 and SX800 have a 5.7” monochrome or 256 color dual backlit display. All the terminals utilize ROM based technology but come equipped with features generally available in PC based systems.
